It depends on the nature of the event, temperature, drinks served, or a series of other external factors that determine the specifics of your party. A simple rule of thumb is to consider about half a kilogram of ice for each participating guest. 

We require minimum orders with a capacity of 60kg of ice (30 bags of 2 kg). If you need smaller quantities, call us and we will direct you to the nearest point of sale, where you can buy ice in the desired quantity through our regional partners and distributors. 

Depending on the specifics of the order, delivery information, and other defining aspects for the order, it will be delivered one day after the order is processed by our company. It is ideal to place the order a day before you need the product, but under certain conditions, delivery can also be made on the same day. These details are established following a conversation between our representative and the customer, by mutual agreement, based on a phone conversation. 

Ice is best kept in a freezer. If you do not have a freezer, use a cool bag where the ice can stay for a few hours without melting. 

The water we use to manufacture the ice cubes comes from deep springs located near the city of Constanța. Before being transformed into ice, the water goes through a complex purification process based on several stages, culminating in reverse osmosis filtration and ultraviolet light sterilization. 

It depends on the size of the freezer you have. For example, in a 200-liter freezer, 100kg of ice fits, which means 50 bags of 2kg. It is worth mentioning that a regular refrigerator freezer can hold 2-3 bags of ice. 

For the same reason you buy bottled water and do not drink tap water, more specifically for the quality of the water from which the ice was made. Homemade ice cubes in the freezer usually use tap water, which contains impurities and can pick up odors from other food in the freezer.
